Kenneth Rahn Sr.

Kenneth Rahn Sr, age 72, passed away unexpectedly August 21, 2019, at St. Mary’s of Standish. He was born on December 1, 1946, in Pinconning, Michigan to the late Fredrick & Aurilie (Bennett) Rahn. Ken enjoyed tinkering with every type of motor, machines, anything mechanical, mowing his lawn, but most of all spending time with his kids and grandchildren. He loved playing cards with anybody he could con into playing with him. He will always be remembered for needing his cup of java in his hand no matter the time of day. Surviving are his children; Cyndi (Mike) Procunier, Cheryl (Karl) Rahn-Martindale, Lauri (Tom) Claes, Ken (Diane) Rahn Jr., Jessica Rahn; grandchildren: Alex, Ryan, and Andrew Procunier, Nikki Lamblin, Skylin Fryzel, Kane Kegley, Parker and Dyllin Rahn, Seth Claes, Brittney, Megan, Ken III, Abby, and Xavier Rahn, great-grandchildren: Avery Sian and Jasper Haven; two brothers, seven sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. Ken was preceded in death by the Love of his Life Debra on August 13, 1996.

Following Ken’s wishes cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place Saturday, September 7, 2019 at 12 pm at the Garfield Township Cemetery, Pastor Kenneth Bolesky presiding, with Inurnment to follow.
