Northeast Michigan Arts Council 34th Annual Sweetheart Ball fundraiser. Saturday, February 8, 2020, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., at the Community Building in Pinconning. Music will be provided by Saginaw Elite Big Band, Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance by Saturday, February 1st. There will be no sales at the door. Patrons must be 21 years of age to purchase tickets. Tickets can be purchased from Wilson’s Cheese Shoppe in Pinconning; Herter’s Music Center in Bay City; West Side Decorating in Saginaw; or at the Northeast Art Center by calling (989) 846-9331. $70 per couple or $35 per person.
