LAMORIA and DEIDRA LAMORIA as Mortgagors, to Catholic Federal Credit Union (n/k/a JOLT CREDIT UNION) as Mortgagee, which mortgage is dated July 17, 2013, and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Bay County, Michigan, on July 25, 2013, in Liber 2977 at Pages 280-284, and upon which Mortgage is claimed to be due on the date of this notice the sum of $7,357.43, and no suit or proceedings at law or equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said Mortgage, or any part thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of a power of foreclosure sale by advertisement contained in said Mortgage, notice is hereby given under section 3212 of the revised judicature act of 1961, 1961 PA 236, MCL 600.3212, that the following mortgage will be foreclosed by sale of the mortgage premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the circuit court in Bay County starting promptly at 11 a.m., on February 3, 2023.
