Sophie C. Fryzel

Sophie Fryzel, age 96, passed away on March 17, 2024. She was born in Pinconning on June 2, 1927, to the late John and Antonia Niemiec. She married William Fryzel on October 18, 1947, in St. Mary’s Church. He preceded her in death on Feb. 1, 1994.

Sophie is survived by her children, Michael (Cindy) Fryzel, Joann (Mike) Taylor, Dan (Terri) Fryzel, and Paul (Kathy) Fryzel. Grandchildren: Jennifer, Jeff, Kasper, Katlin, Kendra, Jessica, and Kayla. Great-Grandchildren: Devin, Dominic, KacieRae, Dylan, Landon, Oliver, Shirley, Anabel, Lincoln, Sophia, and Emily. She is survived by one sister Genevieve Reimus, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Frank, Joe, and Stanley, and sisters Ann, Caroline, Stella, Helen, and Irene.

A Funeral Mass was celebrated on Saturday March 23, 2024 at Holy Trinity Parish-St. Michael’s Church with burial at St. Agnes cemetery.
