Linda Ann Donn

Linda Ann (Oberg) Donn, 68, passed away peacefully at home on January 24, 2025, in Laramie, Wyoming, following a long battle with cancer.
Linda was born on February 14, 1956, to Donald and Clara (Miller) Oberg in Linwood, Michigan. Linda moved from Michigan to Laramie in 2003 and began working for the University of Wyoming, Office of the Registrar, where she worked for 18 years until her retirement. Linda was a very talented potter and owned a pottery studio for many years in downtown Laramie. She also enjoyed rafting with her friends, and they took countless trips on many different rivers in her life. She was generous and kind to everyone she met and will be deeply missed by all.
Linda is survived by her partner Scott McGlothlin of Laramie, WY; brothers Lynn Oberg (Anne) of Pinconning, MI, Terance Oberg (Chris) of Santa Maria, CA, Richard Oberg of Pinconning, MI; and many other good friends, extended family, and co-workers. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Valerie Wheelock of Creswell, OR and brother Donald Oberg Jr. of Santa Maria, CA.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date in Laramie, Wyoming.
