Said premises are situated in the Township of Garfield, County of Bay, State of Michigan, and are described as: Part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Town 16 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of Section 35 that is South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 Seconds West, 716.52 feet from the West 1/4 corner; thence South 89 degrees 47 minutes 27 seconds East, 323.00 feet parallel with the East-West 1/4 line; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 270.00 feet parallel with the West Section line; thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes 27 seconds West, 323.00 feet to the West Section line; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 270.00 feet along the West Section line to the point of beginning.
