Notice of Foreclosure by Advertisement. The title-holder of the real estate described below, DANIELAK PROPERTIES, L.L.C., having defaulted in the payment of condominium assessment fees to the Shearer Block Condominium Owners’ Association; and a Notice of Lien dated February 22, 2023 and recorded on March 13, 2023 in the Bay County Register of Deeds at Document Number 202302586; and no suit or proceeding of law or equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said lien or any part thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of statutory authority set forth in MCL 559.208(2) and MCL 600.3212, notice is given that the above-referenced Notice of Lien will be foreclosed by a sale of the liened premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the Circuit Court in Bay County, starting promptly at 11:00 AM, on December 15, 2023. The amount due on the lien may be greater on the day of sale. Placing the highest bid at the sale does not automatically entitle the purchaser to free and clear ownership of the property.
