The title-holder of the real estate described below, DANIELAK PROPERTIES, L.L.C., having defaulted in the payment of condominium assessment fees to the Shearer Block Condominium Owners’ Association; and a Notice of Lien dated February 22, 2023 and recorded on March 13, 2023 in the Bay County Register of Deeds at Document Number 202302586; and no suit or proceeding of law or equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said lien or any part thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, by virtue of statutory authority set forth in MCL 559.208(2) and MCL 600.3212, notice is given that the above-referenced Notice of Lien will be foreclosed by a sale of the liened premises, or some part of them, at a public auction sale to the highest bidder for cash or cashier’s check at the place of holding the Circuit Court in Bay County, starting promptly at 11:00 AM, on December 15, 2023.
