Harvey, Plymouth, MI 48170, dated August 8, 2023, and recorded on August 10, 2023, at Document No. 202309041, Bay County Records, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date of this notice the sum of ONE HUNDRED ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY AND 45/100 DOLLARS ($101,840.45) plus interest, at a rate of 7.625% per annum, together with any additional sum or sums which may be paid by the undersigned as provided for in said mortgage, and no suit or proceedings at law or in equity having been instituted to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof.
