BEING A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWN 16 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, AND COMMENCING AT THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWN 16 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST AND THE CENTERLINE OF U.S. 23; THENCE EAST 765 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO HIGHWAY 200 FEET; THENCE WEST TO CENTERLINE OF U.S. 23; THENCE NORTHERLY TO BEGINNING. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA §600.3241a, in which case the redemption period shall be 30 days from the date of such sale.
