Aikens, born May 2011. TO: Chad R. Aikens, born April 1978, legal father of the children Madison Aikens and Chad L. Aikens, whose last known address is 76 Tuscola, Apt. 4, Bay City, MI 48708. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Order has been entered terminating your parental rights on February 2, 2024, and the Court is advising the respondent parent, in writing, by publication that: YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO: a) Appeal the Order to the Court of Appeals for the State of Michigan within 21 days. b) File a motion for a new trial, rehearing, reconsideration or other post judgment relief within 14 days. c) Have an attorney represent you. If you cannot afford an attorney, the court will appoint one for you and furnish the attorney with the complete transcript and record of all proceedings. d) File a denial of release of identifying information, a revocation of a denial of release, and to keep current the respondent’s name and address as provided by MCL 710.27; MSA 27.3178 (555.27), as amended. Your obligation to support the children continues until a court of competent jurisdiction modifies or terminates the obligation, an order of adoption is entered, or the child is emancipated by operation of law.
