NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The Grantor, Michael W. Backus, who lived at 655 W Anderson Road, Linwood, Ml 48634, died May 28, 2025. There is no personal representative of the Grantor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the Grantor are notified that all claims against the Backus Family Trust dated October 23, 2014 will be forever banned unless presented to Michelle M. Backus and Michael W. Backus, Jr. as Co-Successor Trustees, within four months after the date of publication of this notice. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it. Jerome P.
