NOTICE TO CREDITORS. TO ALL CREDITORS of KAROLYN L. CHICKY: The Settlor, KAROLYN L. CHICKY, born on August 9, 1944, and who lived at 951 S. Linwood Beach Road, Linwood, Michigan 48634, died on September 29, 2023. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom letters of authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the KAROLYN L. CHICKY INTERVIVOS TRUST, dated October 29, 1997, as amended, wilt be forever barred unless presented to ROBERT D. CHICKY and/or JULIE ANN MILLER, Successor Co-Trustees, within 4 months after publication of this notice.
