NOTICE TO CREDITORS. In the matter of the IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF KEVIN M. CLEMENTS dated February 26, 2020. TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Kevin M. Clements, who lived at 3637 Kawkawlin River Road, Bay City, MI 48706, died on April 25, 2023. The decedent was the Grantor and Trustee of the Kevin M. Clements Irrevocable Trust dated February 25, 2020. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to David A.
