NOTICE TO CREDITORS-DECEDENT’S TRUST. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF BAY. DECEDENT: Elaine P. Dore, Social Security No. XXX-XX-0094, Date of Birth: April 19, 1931. NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Elaine P. Dore, formerly of 1101 E. Beaver Rd., Kawkawlin, Michigan 48631, died on April 9, 2025. Decedent was the Grantor and Trustee of the Elaine P. Dore Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust U/A/D July 28, 2016. There is no Personal Representative of the decedent’s Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee of the Trust, Thomas F. Dore, whose address is 1026 E. Beaver Road, Kawkawlin, Michigan 48631, within four (4) months of the date of publication of this Notice.
