PUBLICATION NOTICE TO CREDITORS, Decedent’s Trust Estate, State of Michigan, County of Bay, In the Matter of the Ducham Family Trust. Decedent, Frederick D. Ducham date of birth: November 3, 1932. Decedent, Kathryn A. Ducham date of birth: April 16, 1934. TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS: Your interest in this matter may be barred or affected by the following: The decedents, Frederick D. Ducham and Kathryn A. Ducham, lived in Bay County, Bay City, Michigan, and died June 25, 2022 and June 30, 2022. Creditors of the deceased are notified that all decedent’s assets were held by the Trustee at decedent’s death, and the decedent has no probate estate. Creditors of the deceased are further notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to: Paul E. Ducham and Cynthia L. Woodward, CoTrustees and/or Joseph D.
