TO ALL CREDITORS: The Grantor, CHRISTOPHER R. EBERBACH who lived at 2317 Kosciuszko Avenue, Bay City, Michigan 48708, died January 8, 2026. There is no personal representative of grantor’s estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued.
