NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Elaine J. Fischer, formerly of 2176 Wheeler Road, Bay City, Michigan 48706, died on April 7, 2025. Decedent was a Grantor and Trustee of The Elaine J. Fischer Trust U/A/D March 25, 2015. There is no Personal Representative of decedent’s Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustees of the Trust, Peggy L. Meylan, whose address is 3312 S.
