NOTICE TO CREDITORS. BAY COUNTY, MICHIGAN. THE MARGARET J. VAN HAAREN TRUST, U/A/D DECEMBER 5, 1983. TO ALL CREDITORS: Settlor, Margaret J. Van Haaren died on May 31, 2022. At this time, there is no personal representative of the Settlor to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against The Margaret J. Van Haaren Trust dated December 5, 1983 will be forever banned unless presented to either David Van Haaren or Peter Van Haaren, Co-Successor Trustees, within four months after the date of publication of this notice. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it. Date: August 8, 2023.
