Notice to Creditors, Trust Estate. To All Creditors: The Settlor, Erma Alice Leslie born 8/6/32, who lived at 4700 Fox Pointe Dr., Apt. 140, Bay City, MI 48706, died 7/19/23. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Revocable Living Trust (2nd Amendment) dated Nov. 16, 2021, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Michael Wedding, Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
