NOTICE TO CREDITORS. In the matter of the Guy T. Moulthrop First Restated Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 08, 2022. TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Guy T. Moulthrop, who lived at 6272 Muirhead Court, Bay City, MI 48706, died on August 20, 2023. The decedent was a Grantor and Initial Trustee of the Guy T. Moulthrop First Restated Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 08, 2022. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to Guy C.
