NOTICE TO CREDITORS-DECEDENT’S TRUST. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF BAY. DECEDENT: Donna C. Mueller; Social Security No. XXX-XX-8419; Date of Birth: April 29, 1934. NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Donna C. Mueller, formerly of 4411 Alverado Drive, Bay City, Michigan 48706, died on November 4, 2024. Decedent was the Grantor and Trustee of the Robert Paul Mueller and Donna Clara Mueller Joint Living Trust Agreement U/A/D September 13, 2001, as amended. There is no Personal Representative of the decedent’s Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee of the Trust, Paul D.
