NOTICE TO CREDITORS. NOTICE TO CREDITORS: The decedent, JAMES VINCENT NEARING, who lived at 421 River Drive, Bay City, Bay County, Michigan 48706, died on April 8, 2025. There is no personal representative of the decedent’s estate to whom letters of administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the James V. Nearing Trust No. 1 dated February 12, 2009 (now irrevocable), will be forever barred unless presented to LeeLynn S.
