TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, Anna V. Pomaville, whose date of birth is February 14, 1933, died on November 18, 2023. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estates to whom letters of administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Anna V. Pomaville Trust dated, December 18, 2014, as amended, will be forever barred unless presented to Ramon D. Pomaville, 3916 S. Two Mile Road, Bay City, MI 48706 within four months after the date of publication. Notice is further given that the Trust will thereafter be assigned and distributed to the persons entitled to it.
