There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom letters of administration have been issued at this time. Creditors of the Decedent are notified that all claims against the CHARLES H. SMITH AND NANCY M. SMITH REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated December 21, 1993, will be forever barred unless presented to Frederick C.
