Lupine Court, Bay City, MI 48706, died on October 17, 2024. The decedent was the Grantor and Trustee of the Richard J. VanAkker Trust dated November 13, 2002, as amended. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the trust estate will be forever barred unless presented to Richard L. VanAkker, Successor Trustee, of 308 S.
