NOTICE TO CREDITORS-DECEDENT’S TRUST. STATE OF MICHIGAN, COUNTY OF BAY. DECEDENT: Kenneth C. Walraven, Social Security No. XXX-XX-9975, Date of Birth: October 23, 1937. NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Kenneth C. Walraven, formerly of 1703 E. Coggins Road, Pinconning, Michigan 48650, died on December 13, 2024. Decedent was the Grantor and Trustee of The Kenneth C. and Mary Jo Walraven Trust U/A/D August 20, 1998, as amended. There is no Personal Representative of the decedent’s Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee of the Trust, Renay Weigle, whose address is 1703 E. Coggins Road, Pinconning, Michigan 48650, within four (4) months of the date of publication of this Notice.
