Kaylee Konwinski’s Work Presented At SVSU’s Summer Engineering Symposium
Eight projects from mechanical engineering majors were on display during Saginaw Valley State University’s Summer Engineering Symposium Friday, Aug. 9.
The public was invited to meet the students and discuss their projects from 10 a.m. to noon in the first-floor hallways of SVSU’s Pioneer Hall. The students presented their projects in a classroom setting from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. In total, 38 students are presenting during Friday’s symposium.
Student Kaylee Konwinski, of Pinconning, was among the students presenting. Konwinski worked with classmates on the project titled “Duro-last Roofing PVC Flashing Weld Tester.”
All SVSU mechanical engineering majors are required to collaborate with outside clients or university organizations as part of their senior projects.
