NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS OF THORNTON BROTHERS LIQUIDATED, INC. Creditors and claimants of Thornton Brothers Liquidated, Inc., a Michigan corporation, are hereby notified that the corporation was dissolved as a corporation under the Michigan Business Corporation Act, effective March 31, 2023. If you have a claim against the corporation, you are requested to comply with the following: a) Prepare a written statement of your claim, describing the nature of the claim, the dollar amount of the claim, if known, and if not known, an estimate, and the circumstances on which it is based. Include the name, address, and phone number of a person who can provide information about your claim if the corporation wishes to obtain additional information. b) Mail the statement to Thornton Brothers Liquidated, Inc. at the following address: 2337 Four Mile Road, Kawkawlin, Michigan 48631. Your claim will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within one year after the date of publication of this notice.
