KLEIN, deceased, and BARBARA J. KLEIN, deceased MICHAEL R. JACOBY and CAROL L. JACOBY and/or their Successors and Assigns Defendants. TAKE NOTICE: Soil-Tech, Inc. has filed a lawsuit in Bay County Circuit Court to quiet title to real property described as: The Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 25, Town 14 North, Range 5 East, Hampton Township, Bay County, Michigan, EXCEPT the South 16.5 feet (l rod) thereof; AND the South 16.5 feet (1 rod) of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 25; constituting in all 10 acres, more or less. Commonly known as vacant land on N. Pine Road, Essexville, MI. Parcel ID No. 09-070-025-100-070-00. The property was last titled in the names of Alfred E. Klein and Barbara J. Klein, husband and wife, and Michael R. Jacoby and Carol L. Jacoby, husband and wife. Any person claiming an interest in the above-described property must answer the Complaint or take other action permitted by law or court rule within four (4) months after the first date of publication of this Notice.
