Notice is given under Section 3212 of the Revised Judicature Act under MCL 600.3212 and MCL 559.208. The following lien(s) for unpaid assessments will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises at public auction for cash or cashier’s check. The record co-owner of the premises being foreclosed is Bay Valley Christian Church, 2535 E. Wilder Road, Bay City, Michigan 48706. Notice of lien has been recorded and served on Bay Valley Christian Church. The foreclosing creditor and lienholder is Heather Ridge Condominium Association of Bay City, Michigan (hereafter the “Association”). Please take notice that the lien(s) will be foreclosed by sale of the property described at public auction on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the main entrance hallway of the Bay County Courthouse (that being the place where Bay County Circuit Court is held). The Association will apply the sale proceeds to the debt, plus interest charges at the rate of five percent (5%) and expenses, including the attorney fees allowed by law or contract, and also any amount which may be paid by the Association to protect its interest in the property. The amounts due as of the date of this notice, exclusive of interest, costs, attorneys fees and future assessments is $12,500.00 and may be greater on the day of sale.
