NOTICE TO CREDITORS, TRUST ESTATE. TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, Carl F. Wagner, born 10/20/41, who lived at 817 West Nebobish Rd., Essexville, Michigan, died 04/ 16/ 2024. There is no personal representative of the settlor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Carl F. Wagner Revocable Living Trust dated, 04/10/2009, as amended, will be forever banned unless to Victoria Morgan Successor Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
