NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Marilyn J. Fournier, formerly of 668 N. Pine Road, Bay City, Michigan 48708, died on July 14, 2024. Decedent was the Grantor and Trustee of the Douglas W. Fournier and Marilyn J. Fournier Trust U/A/D November 27, 2017. There is no Personal Representative of the decedent’s Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustee of the Trust, Kirk D.
