TO ALL CREDITORS of PATRICIA BACZKIEWICZ: The Settlor, PATRICIA BACZKIEWICZ, born on December 9, 1933, and who lived at 1890 Lebourdais Road, Bay City, Ml 48634, died on December 5, 2024. There is no personal representative of the Settlor’s estate to whom letters of authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the PATRICIA BACZKIEWICZ INTER-VIVOS TRUST, dated December 3, 2010, will be forever barred unless presented to DARRELL R.
