Notice of Dissolution. Notice is hereby given that Bay Fire Protection, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company will be dissolved. The effective date is one week after publication. All persons with claims against the Company are requested to present them in accordance with this Notice. Claims must be filed with the Company at the following address: Galasso, PC, Attention: Joseph P. Galasso, Jr.; 30701 Barrington St., Suite 175, Madison Heights, Michigan 48071-5135; 248-588-2800. Each claim must be made in writing and include the name and address of the claimant, the basis for and amount of each claim (in sufficient detail to permit the Company to make a reasonable judgment whether the claim should be accepted or rejected) and the date or dates on which each claim arose. Each claim against the Company will be barred unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within one (1) year after the publication date of this Notice. 04-1
