NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: The Settlor, Ricky Arthur Schmidt, date of birth September 20,1954, who lived at 29 Old Kawkawlin Road, Bay City, Michigan, 48706, died on May 29, 2024. There is no Personal Representative of the Settlor’s Estates to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent’s are notified that all claims against the RICKY A. SCHMIDT TRUST dated September 6, 2022 and amended on May 12, 2023, will be forever banned unless presented to JOSHUA SCHMIDT, TRUSTEE, of 2795 Moose Rd, Kannapolis, NC 28083 within four (4) months after the date of publication.
