To All Creditors: Notice to Creditors: The decedent and Grantor, Judith A. Stilwell, whose date of birth is 8/30/1940, and who lived at 3959 Maywood Dr., Bay City, MI 48706, died 10/5/2024. There is no personal representative of the grantor’s estate to whom Letters of Administration have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust Solely for the Benefit of Judith A. Stilwell dated November 14, 2023, as amended, will be forever banned unless presented to Sandra Sterken, Trustee, within four months after the date of publication.
