NOTICE TO ALL CREDITORS: The decedent, Mary Ellen VanSumeren, formerly of 943 W. Borton Road, Essexville, Michigan 48732, died on September 29, 2025. Decedent was the Grantor and Trustee of The Louis D. VanSumeren and Mary Ellen VanSumeren Trust U/A/D May 5, 1994. There is no Personal Representative of the decedent’s Estate to whom Letters of Authority have been issued. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Trust will be forever barred unless presented to the Successor Trustees of the Trust, Louis D.
