Dr. William Koelsch

Dr. William Koelsch, a long time resident and local veterinarian passed away July 18, 2022, in Sebring, Florida.

Dr. Koelsch served on local, state, and national veterinary associations. He was also awarded the Humanitarian Award from the Bay County Humane Society for extensive service for local veterinary related training, clinics, and care of animals (Pinconning Journal June 2011). Dr. Koelsch enjoyed serving on the Pinconning School Board for 9 years. As a private pilot and car enthusiast he shared many fun times with family and friends. Dr. Koelsch loved to share the Gospel and message of love through Jesus Christ with many over the years, including participating in missions to other countries.

He is sadly missed by his wife, Pamela, of 56 years; daughters Maria, and Raquel, and their families; and many friends.

A memory bench has been placed in Florida provided by friends from Pinconning as well from across the nation.
