Jeffery (Jeff) Alan Szyperski

Jeffrey Alan Szyperski, age 57, loving husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away Sunday, April 3, 2022, at his home with his loving family by his side following a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born on February 8, 1965 in Bay City, Michigan to the late George & Louisa (Ruse) Szyperski. He married the love of his life Annette Yenna on August 18, 1990 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church. Jeff was a life time member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, he proudly served as treasurer for the Fr. Flajole Council 2986 for 18 years, 4th Degree Color Core, he held his brother Knights in great regard. Jeff enjoyed boating, fishing and going on long rides most of all he enjoyed being with his family, they were his world.

Surviving besides his wife Annette of 31 years are their children; Chelsey Lynn (Sebastian) Bowerson, Matthew Jeffrey Szyperski, and Michael Jeffrey Szyperski; a grandson Henrik Raymond Bowerson, siblings; Sharon Morey, Cecilia Duley, Thomas Szyperski, Michael (Maxine) Szyperski, and Donna Pepple, two special uncles Thomas and Robert Szyperski, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, April 7, 2022, at 11 am from Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Rev. Fr. Kevin Maksym presiding with burial in St. Michael’s Cemetery. Friends may visit at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home on Wednesday, from 4 to 8 pm. On Wednesday a Prayer Vigil will be held at 7 pm, along with a K of C Bible Presentation. On Thursday, Jeff will lie in state at the church from 10 am until time of mass.
