Jeffery Lee McKeon Addilyn Noreen McKeon Jaxson Monte McKeon

Jeffery L. McKeon, age 41, of Pinconning, Michigan, loving father, husband, son, and brother passed away January 17, 2022 along with his beloved children Addilyn and Jaxson age 6.

Jeff was born February 16, 1980 to Daniel & Joy (Preston) McKeon in Bay City, Michigan. He grew up in Pinconning and attended Standish-Sterling Schools, graduating with the Class of 1999. Jeff married Karrie Maidens in April of 2007 in Rhodes, Michigan. On March 24, 2015 at 12:00 pm and 12:01 pm they were blessed with twins Addilyn Noreen and Jaxson Monte. Jeffery loved fishing, riding quads with his kids, and going to sky zone with them. There wasn’t anything Jeff wouldn’t do for his family. Jeff’s children were his most prized possession in this world, he idolized his children and family. Addilyn “our little princess” loved to dress up, sing, cuddle, watch movies, and make videos with her phone. Jaxson “our Monte J” loved to tinker, tear things apart, and rebuild them “just like his dad.” Although Jaxson had a lot of energy, he loved to cuddle and wanted to be a Spy Ninja. In the family’s spare time they loved camping and fishing.

Jeffery is survived by his wife Karrie, son Joseph Bandlow, his parents; Dan & Joy McKeon, brother James (Heather) McKeon, nieces; Leena and Sophia, father and mother-in-law; Lawrence & Linda (Jackson) Maidens, Godparents; Hope (McKeon) Lincoln, James Preston,
many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Predeceased by grandparents Monte & Norene (Champine) McKeon, Robert & Hazel (Dowd) Preston, and four uncles; Patrick McKeon, Rich Preston, Lawrence Preston, and Robert Preston.

Addilyn & Jaxson are survived by their mom Karrie, grandparents Lawrence & Linda Maidens and Daniel & Joy McKeon, Uncle/Godfather Larry Maidens, Godmother Michele Birnbaum. Predeceased by great aunts and uncles.

Funeral Services were held Saturday, January 22, 2022 from the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Bauer presiding, with cremation and inurnment in St. Michael’s Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider donations to the family so they may make a memorial donation in honor of Jeff, Addilyn, and Jaxson.
