Timothy M. Muirhead

Timothy M. Muirhead, age 53, passed away Friday, April 12, 2024, at the Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center. He was born January 13, 1971, in Wyandotte, Michigan to Pamela (Burzynski) Grzegorczyk and the late Roland Muirhead. Tim graduated from Ferris State University, he worked as a Detroit Police Officer for 3 years before joining the United States Army for 3 years; going back to college and graduating from Indiana University, then going on to work in Safety Administration before retiring. He married Roxanna Beechum, she preceded him in death November 7, 2023.

Tim loved a good cigar, was an avid Detroit sports fan, and spending time with family and friends.

He is survived by his sons: Joseph (fiancé Lauren Kessinger) Muirhead, and Jordan Muirhead; brother Tad Muirhead, many in laws, many nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Parish, with Rev. Fr. Matthew Federico presiding; with inurnment in St. Michael’s Cemetery. Friends and family visited at the church from 10:00 am until the time of service. In lieu of flowers please consider families wishes.
