Wilma Josphetta Meyers

Wilma Josphetta Meyers, age 88, of Pinconning, Michigan, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Covenant HealthCare, Saginaw, Michigan.

Wilma enjoyed puzzles, bird watching and spending time with her family. She cherished her nightly walks with her friends at Pinconning Senior Apartments and her trips to Arby’s in Linwood with her sister, Virginia; where they enjoyed talking with the employees, friends, and meeting new people. She will be missed by many.

Wilma was born on February 18, 1936, to Thomas and Cora Phetteplace, in Bay City, Michigan. Wilma is survived by her beloved children, Bryan (Shelly) Grappin and Tammy (Ken) Burghardt; seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; three sisters, Virginia Romanik, Rosemary Goss and Carolyn Swartz; many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Phillip Meyers; her son, Rodney Grappin; six siblings, and her parents.
