Zachary O. Klumpp

Zachary O. Klumpp, age 41, lost his life the night of August 22, 2022, in a horrific house fire.

Zachary was born December 8, 1980, to James and Carlie Klumpp of Pinconning.

Zachary was a talented and successful Engineer of welding and was employed at RWC in Bay City for the past 17 years. He truly loved his line of work and spoke highly of many enjoyable people there.

On September 27, 2012, Zachary married his forever best friend Naomi at Pinconning Bible Baptist Church where together they quickly established their roots and learned the true meaning of “church family”.

Zachary was a humble man. A loving man. A smart man. A kind man. A hard-working man. An “always there when you need’em” kind of man. Most importantly he was a strong family man.

Some of his most favorite things to do were car seat mounted tractor rides, “see how high you can go” swing pushes, and before bed stories and snuggles.

Zachary loved his friends. He appreciated his people. He sure was a beautiful human, with many once in a lifetime forever friendships - but, John, Danny, Wyatt, Matt & Shane were some of his favorites.

Zachary is survived by his parents, his loving wife Naomi, two beautiful “big kids”- Gabriella Craner (Kyle Behrmann), Caleb Craner and the keeper of his heart, his little best friend forever, precious Sonny Klumpp.

Zachary is preceded in death by the family dog-who didn’t really know she was a dog, Myah, along with many relatives.

The void left with the loss of Zachary will never be filled. He will be forever missed and loved for the rest of time.

Funeral services were held Monday August 29, 2022, at 1 pm from the Pinconning Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Jeff Link presiding. Family greeted family and friends at the church from 10 am until 1 pm. Those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a gift to Naomi Klumpp P.O. Box 23 Pinconning, Michigan 48650.
